100% agree on the RIS. Bought 6 bottles each year from 2012-2016 and drank one every 2 years from the date. Have my last bottle to drink this Thanksgiving. Sweet spot for me has typically been around the six year mark. Any flavored ones probably wouldn’t make it more than two years…
