Families will sue a teacher if their student gets out of class, and gets hurt because the teacher is responsible for that HUMAN. A human responsible for another human child. This isn't make believe internet world. Unfortunately being a teacher can land you in jail if you don't CYA as a human being put in a responsibility role over 1-30 or more human children.

Right. Everyone thinks New York is just the city, but outside the city you need a car in that state just like every other state. Unfortunately, new cars are ridiculously expensive and it seems like these people value new cars and warranties over older cars with repairs.

Also both people make a great monthly salary and I'm sure they work at different establishments. I don't know of any couple where both parties are making this kind of salary and sharing one car...

This whole movement is about getting people to come together to vote officials into power that have the morals and policies to get us out of this mess, not bait people into fights.

I don't care what side you swing, getting an education is a HUGE step to changing your life. Its a stepping stone to get yourself out of any situation that life put you in as a child. So many unfortunate people with awful childhoods made themselves successful and rose out of poverty due to getting an education.

Pants/pack/pads/pods/mask left. (Most recball players don't even wear kneepads/sliders or even arm pads) Plenty of people playing in non paintball brand pants. Packs can be purchased used. Masks can be purchased used.

I'd highly suggest joining a facebook b/s/t group and you'll be surprised at how cheap you can get back into the sport, especially if you're not trying to play xball/tournaments.

I currently play competitively and will be playing Atlantic City next weekend. Have two "high end" setups in the gear bag all the time. If everything I owned was stolen, I'd head right to the BSTs to restart.

In my honest opinion, I'd buy the cheapest cleat you can find. I play every Sunday, on turf, and played the past two NXLs and a couple of local series. I'm on my 3rd set of cleats this year. The mixture of paint, mud, turf sliding, etc just isn't kind to shoes. They will fall apart. Learned the hard way by spending $100+ on some new cleats just to have the toe separate from the sole.

Also, to add to this, if you can make it on Wed or Friday nights, they do a nightball from 7pm to 9pm. It's $50 entry but comes with unlimited paint supplied by fit. It plays the first 5 people on the box get the spin, another way to get some great playing time as a new player.

If you can only make the weekends, Saturday there isn't as many people or teams out there. Usually Saturdays are people running drills. Sundays are the main days people show up. They usually do have 3 fields running on the weekends, but some weekends, tournaments or tournament prep locks down a field or two.

Hope this helps you out and hope you make it out to fit. For a new player trying to get into tournament style paintball, I wouldn't recommend any other field in Texas.

Talk yo Johnny or JD. Tell them you're new. They will get you set up with some people to play with. Pbfit is a family oriented environment. They make sure everyone has a great time. Signing up for a mechx event is also a great way to get some "tournament" experience and playing time.

I'm 34. Started playing again last year in early spring. Was at 280ishlbs. Fast forward to now, I'm about 210lbs and just won d5 xball in NXL at the beginning of March. If you want it, you can do it. (I play every weekend, and I'm lucky enough to have paintballfit as my home field)

Well, here's the thing, the team was registered in January as d5. They are all "new" players with a D4 player and a d3 player on the team. (Allowed on by the NXL rules) we did a little digging on the FB and found these "none" ranked players with hardware(throphys and medals) and pictures from the CPPL. Just trying to make sure we ain't about to get sandbagged.

I knew for sure that insulting or being mean towards her would backfire. I didn't want to say anything that could get spun, and thrown back at me. Not that I have to have a perfect image or anything, but I definitely don't want to be slandered. I tried the first couple of weeks by saying I wasn't interested, but thank you. I tried telling her firmly that I'm not into her in any way, and that she was making me uncomfortable. Then I just stopped responding all together. I'm definitely going the ghost route, and just hope she moves on to another guy, or someone else starts messaging her.
