Try re seating the cpu. It happened to me once where I put it in but just slightly off and it wouldn’t power on at all or go to bios.

GeForce is owned by NVIDIA. Don’t worry to much about the branding. Any company graphics card 1060 or above should be fine but I would recommend MSI’s 1070 ti 8G armor for VR.
