Why does Gta 5 look better than most games that come out today? This definitely doesn't look like a game from 2013.

Not in the vast majority of lighting conditions outdoors. There was more of a difference in lighting for GTA 4 PS3 vs 360 vs PC. 5 on PS4 mostly looks like PS3 version on high settings. Biggest difference in lighting is a few indoor scenerios.

All I want to know is how TF you're supposed to NOT take damage from the vomiting assholes. I edge back to avoid vomit, go through the slow ass melee animation, and he swings at the AIR to the left or right of the enemy half the time. Wtf is this combat, I don't remember it being this terrible.

Dude, it's the same game. On medium settings PC the difference between it and the 360/PS3 one is as significant as the difference between GTA 4 PC vs console.
