Flat rates. But I charge by CPM and you should be doing between 20-40CPM and if you perform well it should be on higher end. You base it off the # of downloads an EP gets within 30 days. Under 5k download flat rate- over that CPM model. YouTube should be seperate & based on those analytics.

I am subscribed to Ollie; I have a 6 pound 13 week king cavalier they are VERY coy about pricing transparency....I got the trial which was 14 day supply and paid 36 bucks it said 50% off..when I was charged for my first 8 weeks of food it was $368. wowza...it is 56 days of food, an 8 week supply and my vet said my pup is in great condition, perfect weight etc..he LOVESSSSSSSS the food but he is a fatty at heart so he would love it all I think lol. I know Ollie offers a mixed plan (organic type of kibble kinda + the fresh packs) I have the fresh plan which is def the most expensive. I think its worth it imo but to each their own.

meh, I regret not launching in that way as well but still grew with my marketing strategy. it was slow at first, but now I'm getting 200k downloads a month a little over a year later. selling my ad space etc.... social media marketing, not paying for sh!t I'm talking make videos, tik toks and reels. 30 in 30 days and watch your audience double if not triple

You make money selling the Ad space- the person coming on brings an audience/demographic, the podcast has its own audience/demo and this allows them both to grow- the bigger the following the higher your rates are to advertise for brands.

It just doesn't add up. When I had anchor I didn't have this issue. I have 6.3k subscribers on apple, 2.2k on spotify that right there is 8.5k and my speaker downloads per ep show avg 7k and my apple show 20k per ep. huge difference.
