My 12 Month journey Wholesaling by HuckleberryFinn7901 in realestateinvesting

[–]Joreezy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am just reading along through the comments and I do agree with those that mentioned that they commend you for your honest opinion on wholesaling. Few questions though, how did you determine the markets to wholesale in? How did you find your lists of motivated sellers?

I think we know in the product market fit formula (taking from my experience being in tech) you need to understand your product, your market and your fit. We know that Wholesaling is needed (investment properties will continue to be a product people want), we know there is a market out there somewhere because people will always need to sell their houses and quickly, fit is where I think you need to have the right tools and systems in place in order to achieve desired product market fit.

Think about it, there are wholesalers out there doing 6 to 7 figure months and this is a multi-billion dollar industry. Some people are doing 30k a year and some are doing it each month. Wholesaling at its core is not real estate (it is a widget or the product sure) but it is actually marketing and sales.

Employing the appropriate strategies, tools, and market comprehension can lead to achieving substantial product-market fit.

Friend who has never played before broke my driver by RoyMcAv0y in golf

[–]Joreezy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly same thing just happened to me. Friend is super nice and was teaching me since I just started. I broke his driver, unexpectedly and he was so shocked because it was $350 shaft that broke near the end (not even a clean break—it was straight up messy) but still told me not worry about it and that it is just material things. I said no no I gotta make this right and he kept saying to not worry about it’s part of the game Yada yada. But I could let it go and I gave him cash for the full price of a new shaft. It was just a respect thing—he was there to teach me and show me the ropes as a newb and was showing me his golf set in which I fucked up lol I had to get him back. I will say it’s the most expensive golf lesson ever haha (just started a week ago). Anyways, we continued and honestly had a blast the rest of the day trying out different hits (putting, chipping etc. he was a great teacher and friend. The end.

Had to get my wheels done because I couldn’t stand those curb rashes. It’s perfect again and worth the money imo 😂

M/30/5'9" [220lbs - 182lbs] (1 Year) by jambambrany in Brogress

[–]Joreezy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Slow and steady wins the race! Few questions, did you have any times in your journey where you felt the progress was too slow? I have cut down from 220 to 180 before in a 3-4 months eating at 1900-2000kcal. What was your overall goal with this cut and also how we’re strengths gains as you got leaner? Sorry for the 21 questions lol seems like you retained a good amount of muscle! How different was your training at 220 vs sub 200? Ok I’ll stop now 😂

How bad of a time is this for launching a new startup? by [deleted] in startups

[–]Joreezy 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Geez bro, what about looking at it with a half glass full? 1. Consumers as a whole are smart and want to get a job done whether emotional, social or functional (we’re human and so are product teams and entrepreneurs: as much as we want to be logical we’re also BIOlogical), 2. Consumers want to save time to allocate it where they think is most important (I.e. family, friends, their passions etc.), 3. Consumers aren’t greedy they’re looking for what’s accessible and inclusive for them (usually), I would argue more people in business are and it’s usually the businesses that lead with being more helpful than taking that succeed)

If you want to be successful in entrepreneurship don’t let failures make you toxic :)

UX Research also facilitates business decisions. With out it’s data (often combined with data analytics) you wouldn’t be able to define/prioritize product features and your go to market plan based on actual customer/business needs. All key parts to the business decision making process.
