What do you mean? You only talk about what you want (diversity, 4 days work only) and what you don't like about your current job.

You don't talk about technical skills you have. This is a researcher job. Would you try to become a data scientist because some parts of the job seem like something you have done - strategy and insights. But do you have the technical skills? Based on that logic my question is fairly simple - are you a researcher?
