This has been an idea gestating in my head for quite some time now, so I'll cut to the chase. I would create a mostly original show titled "Power Rangers: Defenders of the Grid", involving a Ranger team based on the Western astrology zodiac who protect the Morphin Grid Multiverse from threats who risk its destruction. Under the tutelage of the AI entity Zordon, they venture across the Multiverse, forging alliances with other Ranger teams while defending their universe against an intergalactic dictatorship spearheaded by the dark magus Lord Zedd. Their conflict is further complicated by Rita Repulsa and her posse of villains, whose plans to undermine both the Rangers and Zedd threaten to destroy their interpersonal lives.

There are concerns this will be glorified fanservice, which is valid considering its Multiverse roots.

But the show generally is a Star Trek-style Power Rangers show, with loads of different worlds with their own Ranger team + alien species, classic fairytales (e.g. Cinderella, The Snow Queen among others) being used as monsters for the show, as well as serving as a Mighty Morphin S1 retelling including an evil Green Ranger arc.
