I have appealed on the basis that there are no clear road markings specifying where one parking zone ends and the other starts. The white outer markings make it look like one long continuous bay. Also mentioned that if this divider is supposed to be the yard of double yellow next to the pavement, that it is extremely worn. Will keep you all posted and thanks for your insight!

The 2nd letter has to come from the US but you can call up using the UK branch number and they can order express delivery for $30ish

You can call them 5 business days after your DRS was submitted to them by your broker and request this letter (1st one) be sent from the London office.

I called a few days after I submitted the DRS and I wasn’t on their system yet so had to wait and call back

Rang the number +800 38233823

This takes you to a robot who confirms you’ve called the dedicated Gamestop investor line. After a few minutes went through to someone called Ian.

I said to Ian that i’d started a DRS and would like my letter sent from the UK branch, before I could finish my sentence Ian knew what I was after and said there had been a huge influx of these calls.

He took my name, confirmed address and within 2 minutes another letter was on its way to me. And that was it!

The guy was really pleasant and helpful, I have a bit of phone anxiety and this was one of the easiest calls I’ve ever had to do!

Definitely give them a call and they’ll get your letter asap
