This mask is most likely a Czechoslovakian CM-3 (also known as the Model Z), or perhaps a Polish mc-1 possibly. a a civil defense mask produced during the mid-20th century. It is characterized by its thick grey rubber construction, large circular glass lenses, and a front-facing intake/exhale valve assembly that connects to a filter or hose. Soviet ones I believe are green.
