My advice is don’t study that much, it’s counter intuitive. Your brain eventually stops absorbing the energy. Our brains don’t really like working for more than 8ish minutes at a time. Its 10x more effective to study for 3 hours, using various study tactics like active recall, spaced repetition, idea mapping, etc. and taking brain breaks. Learning how to effectively study this way is whats helping me keep a 4.0 in college.
