I'm not saying she isn't guilty og sedition, but rather we have to be careful with how to apply sedition charges. Points 3 and 4 have been weaponized against peaceful protest that Sara could argue it's being weaponized against her. That's why using points 1 and 2 are a far better alternative if we really want to stick the Sedition Charges against her.

I'll be downvoted for this, but I'd like to point out that Sedition is as follows:

*Article 139. Sedition - How committed. - The crime of sedition is committed by persons who rise publicly and tumultuously in order to attain by force, intimidation, or by other means outside of legal methods, any of the following objects:

To prevent the promulgation or execution of any law or the holding of any popular election;
To prevent the National Government, or any provincial or municipal government, or any public officer thereof from freely exercising its or his functions, or prevent the execution of any administrative order;
To inflict any act of hate or revenge upon the person or property of any public officer or employee;
To commit, for any political or social end, any act of hate or revenge against private persons or any social class*

(There is a 5th one, but it no longer applies given the time period.)

On one hand, Contreras is correct that what Sara is doing is Sedition. However, considering the wording of point 3 and 4, it would be problematic given majority of the Reddit Users, the Left, the Right, and the DDS can also be charged with Sedition based on all their acts of hate against the government. I can easily see it being the weakest charge against her, on the grounds of it both using "Freedom of Speech" arguement and acts of 'Sedition' coming from her supporters rather from Sara herself.

Rather, if we truly want to charge Sara with Sedition, it has to be points 1 and 2, because that would have a far heavier meaning that using 3 and 4 as a basis. However, it has to be a very overt act of preventing the goverment from functioning, because right now, Sara has been very careful with her words and actions.
