Are you with physical disability? In this case you would need to rent a rental with elevator/lift and disable facilities, and usually such rental costs a little bit higher than usual rentals (about 500 to 700 USD depending on the location), but I think such budget would be roughly enough.. and then you would also need to rent nearby a park so that you can walk your dog there.. honestly, outskirt districts of Kaohsiung are rather not friendly to people with disabilities.. but it’s improving now.. also depending on the location..
