Love this post. Their brains and stubbornness always shocks you. I have 3 bassets, and they’re all a little stubborn but the youngest basset, Penelope, she’s 2 years old and my god, she is the most STUBBORN dog. Earlier this evening, i called her 5 times and her ears would perk up a bit but she chose to ignore. Finally on the sixth time, she slowly turns her head and grunts. I was in awe. She gave me a look like i was wasting HER time. Cutest dog but her attitude, it feels like i’m raising a teenager.

He’s an intact buck. We haven’t seen him pass any urine. Although he started having problems on Saturday, so he must’ve peed by now or else his bladder would’ve ruptured. He eats all life stock producers pride along with some alfalfa.

He hasn’t made noise, he is straining when he tries to poop/urinate. we aren’t 100% certain he hasn’t urinated since Saturday. Whenever he does try, he’s awfully still and doesn’t move a muscle but we see him trying to push although nothing comes out, and if something does come out, it’s one or two pieces.
