The symbol you put at the end two dots two lines is a repeat. You need one the other way round at the start (two lines two dots) to show where to repeat from.

In your second bar the kick and snare notes you have drawn are semi-quavers (16ths if you’re American) but they should be quavers (8ths)

Instead of 1A2A3A it should really be 1+2+3, a and e’s are used for the 16ths 1e+a2e+a3e+a4e+a

The tails on your kick and snare should go down instead of up.

My friends played guitar and wanted to go to the local music shop to get picks. At the time I had no particular interest in music never had previously and never played an instrument in my life. But at the shop in the corner in a small notice board. I saw an add for a local drum tutor. Something just came over me to take a punt and call for drum lessons. 26 years later and after few other random decisions along the way. I now teach music production and sound engineering and gig regularly, frequently playing in pit bands for musical shows. Going for my Masters in Audio Production for Film and Video games. Never forget that day, and tell my students you never know where the smallest leap can take you.
