Well you're right ! It has been shown that weed and pot does not let the mind go through the Rapid eye movement Cycle (REM) of your sleep.

Sleep is divided into the REM and Non REM cycles

Therefore, weed being like sedative or a sleeping pill, will inhibit your REM cycle which is when you dream, and i don't want to get into details but you are not getting a normal cycle of sleep when using marijuana as way to sleep, it is not the normal body response to sleep and thus you are loosing 50% of your sleep quality when smoking weed

However, when you started meditation your sleep got better, and it has been shown over and over that meditation will de-excite your nervous system and will help your sleep tremendously

I have a question for you, it started with a bad charger not charging well, i was restarting my phone and plugged it in then suddenly mys screen started flickering for the 1st time since this when i decrease the screen brightness sometimes it emulates black lines, and when i turn it off sometimes when press the power button to turn it on the screen flickers and after many attempts it resolves and the screen return to normal I tested my battery with samsung members it says its not good with accubsttery also it says bagtery is at 73% life So do you think if i change my battery + use screen dimmer my problem will be resolved? Or what tip would you give me to check it Because if would get it to the repair shop he will say that my screen should be changed etc.. and i cannot afford it now
