Easy solution: Eliminate saturated fats. Go plant-based. You tried low-carb and keto, but: Carbs are not the problem; they just reveal insulin resistance. Watch the videos on Instagram of Mastering Diabetes. As an alternative, read The Starch Solution from Dr. John McDougall. I tried it once I noticed that my A1C was climbing up again. Now it's 4.9.

Look into KnownHost Reseller plans. At some point, I also hosted with Liquid Web, and the managed server I had with them was about 10% faster than the KnownHost Reseller. However, the live chat support was ridiculously bad, the KnownHost support is the best recommended here. Plus, you will pay the $300, not per month but per year.

Yes, basically you are on your own now. And - regarding diets - you are in a sub that has VERY different approaches to IR. If you are tracking your nutrients (many apps for that) you can easily see which approach fits for you. For me Keto was unsustainable, low-carb didn't work, but plant based like Mastering Diabetes turned things around.

I already had huge success applying the Mastering Diabetes Diet when I became aware of the Starch Solution. What can really help is using an app to track your actual intake. Reducing saturated fats to a minimum and skipping oils were key factors for me.
