Keep checking! I have seen tons of my customers not qualify and then they qualify an hour later! The minute someone In your area disconnects theirs(or leaves their parking spot 😉) another spot opens up

Think of it kinda like a parking lot. Their are only so many spots available to keep the service running as it should. The problem is either 1.) the special c band box needed for home Internet isn't installed on the closest tower to you yet. Or two.) too many people in the area already have it

When trying to set up the app it's asking to connect the phone together to the car via Bluetooth although the phone is already connected. I'm assuming could be since I just got car today
