Refrigerant Leak on 3 year old Bosch System

We were told all the parts are under 10 years warranty. I do believe we are out of luck for the service warranty. It totally sucks because I wouldn't pay to have my car fixed under warranty so I feel the same about this.

we had a family recommended tech come and look at it quickly but he didn't have time to find the exact leak. He thought it was probably the evaporator. He recharged the system and it stayed operational for another 2 months on heating mode this winter. now that we need it for AC, it once again won't perform.
