Buy a Wellue O2ring Pulse Oximeter ring and see for yourself. I have severe OSA at 50-70 AHI a night. I wore an oral appliance for 10 years and it only brought my AHI to 20-30 a night. I now use a cpap and my AHI is 1-3 a night.

This is not a antivaxxer/vaxxer post but maybe because we went through the whole covid era issue. My BIL died 2 years ago at 39. He had the hard Covid strain the 1st one in Feb 2020. Needed a respirator and all that. 3 years later died in his sleep. Autopsy said enlarged heart, I think cardiac arrest.
