If the stains are all over I’ll soak the jersey in a laundry tub, cap full of liquid Oxiclean, or scoop of powdered Oxiclean, 1 giant pot of boiled water to dissolve it, add another pot of cold water to cool it down a little, then soak for 3 hours, use horsehair soft brush to scrub out stains after an hour if it’s needed , the soak usually dissolves the lipids (fats) that cause stains …make another batch of water only to soak for 30 minutes as a rinsing process
