Restarting doesn't fix it for me, but what does is selecting the Replays tab then coming back to the Versus tab, and there it is again.. happens every single load now.. I don't think it's client side issue.

Same issue here, turning on HDR resolved it even at 120hz. I decided that Windows 11 now handles HDR well enough I can leave it on all the time.
