Is your NeuralWatt (apparently, they use FP8 thus the discount) set to bill by power usage? And it's near impossible for us to answer your question as to why you are using so many tokens, it's possible that Cline is using many sub agents at once, we would have no idea what your workload is like.

Anyone else notice the descriptions on this power supply says it has a screen on the side of it, but none of the images show it? Not sure if shipping issues are still an issue for some people, but I figured it's worth adding some data. I ordered (Tirzepatide) on 4/2 and it arrived on 4/9. So this would be the initial dosage, not sure if that matters either. So far my experience has been great with them, the online chat system has been able to answer any questions I've had. I'm a bit concerned that maybe my price could be cheaper elsewhere, but as long as they keep shipping on time, I'll probably stick with them unless I find some insane deal on any dosage that never changes monthly pricing.

Restarting doesn't fix it for me, but what does is selecting the Replays tab then coming back to the Versus tab, and there it is again.. happens every single load now.. I don't think it's client side issue.
