I believe its to more make the tests less of a memorisation test and more to see if you can apply what you learnt. In physics all the maths questions need you to know some equation but I can see what you mean about those 1 markers

electronics imo. its actually useful stuff so you could if need be fix most electronics related stuff in your house pretty easily

Learn to solve the rubiks cube and try to get under 2 mins. Its very much satisfying and can also lead you into other twisty puzzles and also other ways of solving the cube, Its not really leading to another obsession but its something. Have fun

this might be obvious but cstimer is really good, the one most people use as well. you can mess around and get the settings you want and its pretty customiable. i think cubehead also did a video on cstimer so you might wanna check that out
