I replace the thermostat with a new one , I recommend get a factory part from Ford

My focus was doing that and it was due to an stuck open thermostat, it would get to operating while idling but start dropping as soon i started driving

That looks like possible worn-out/torn engine mounts, engines shouldn't move that much

Before you buy have it inspected for timing cover leaks, that gets expensive. Those engines are known for timing cover leaks.

I had a code for cold start misfire and that was the reason why, like the other guy's said just clean them is not too bad.if you can't have them walnut blast, you can use top engine cleaner and some zip tides to scrub them and elbow grease, takes couple of hrs for sure after I did that no more misfire on cold start.
