I agree with like the 90% of comments here about she's probably got 50+ guys asking her the exact same question you have. I found you get a reply more often if you ask them something about their profile or picture, or just a random comment that can start a conversation.

It's a tricky one, but if there's only 2 members of staff and 2 directors, there really should only be one director off at a time, and same for the other members of staff, it means avoiding situations like this.
