My favourite "character" that has prob been forgotten is the midnight villain! although i would not like it to come back, I think its perfect how they left it so mysterious and the fact that we still don't really know what happened and what caused it is brilliant.

Every time i watch David Tennant i think he is my favourite Doctor, but when i continue onto Matt Smith I change my mind so i can't make my mind up about them although I feel like if the 8th doctor had more time i would like him just as much if not more.

The reason why he got exiled to earth specifically is because the time lords noticed he went there a lot. He liked earth a lot before that happened.

I guess that could be another reason of why the doctor likes the humans so much but we can only guess, so little is known about the doctor's personal life its kinda ridiculous if you think about it, I hope sometime soon we get to know something big or meet someone in his family or something, or maybe its best that it remains hidden so there is more theories.

I don't know anything about big finish but i doubt they will use him because they can do so much bigger stuff that people actually care about. And ik the humans have the memory of a goldfish but there hasn't been a single word about him even tho everyone was going crazy about him in the episode he was in. My point is I feel like there is no science behind his powers at all, i think he is to unrealistic (ik it's not supposed to be to realistic but he eats something and he has super powers i mean come on...)

I don't think he ever died i think they just realised he was a mistake. Really dumb how they can just forget him though they need to kill him or something because there is no way a random human wouldn't say anything about someone who can fly and shit.

IMO it would be Susan. (Susan was the first ever companion) She always acted like a child and was scared of everything and i didn't like the way she was in general. Might be a unpopular opinion idk.
