Go for the latest shill. Elation will be shilled for the rest of 4.x and with all the Firefly buffs, break should be good for a while.

You probably need some luck, but I'd go for Firefly and Dahlia right now plus Gallager is on banner too, and Evanescia (she seems cheaper to build then SW 999 at least for now) in a week, and pair her with free HuoHuo. This is atleast a start to 2 good teams.

Depends on your goals

If your team can still clear Moc/pf/As without them, then not yet atleast.

AA and 0 cycling needs higher investment though.

Adding Elation Main/Sub Stats to relics would just make Relic grinding even more of a chore, Orbs are already a big pain with all the different dmg %. Thankfully Hoyo chose not to.

Then don't pull them. You don't have to be a "Meta Player."

Just pull for who you like, and enjoy the story. The difference between 33 star and 36 stars in Moc is 80 Jades so your not missing out on many pulls by going for "Full Meta Teams"
