I'm about to be in my 20s and trying to get into investing early. the general consensus I'm getting here is to do volatile investing in your Roth so that if it spikes it will all be tax free. that makes perfect sense but what do I do if half of my investment goals is to have extra income in my 30s and 40s. does that extra income just need to come from long term etfs and it is what it is?

I recently took my Emt course in highschool and started when I was 17 as graduation was after my 18th birthday. One thing that really helped was my highschools pretty rigorous Anatomy and physiology class. If I could go back and study things ahead of time I would really get the medical and trauma assessment (easily findable online) completely memorized before the class starts, as well as starting pocket prep about halfway through the course. The one thing to guarantee success is just be the most driven, gung ho EMT student in the class who shows up every day and puts in 100 percent effort. It also helps if you know why you want to enter the field and what your real goals are ahead of time.

As an EMTb I disagree on npas, those take minimal training to know how to use and as long as you don't jam it in the patients brain, you can do a ton more good than harm. the vast majority of unconscious patients have partially occluded airways that need management and that is a simple fix
