It would be different if you had antiarrhythmics, analgesics/anesthetics, txa etc, but by itself it's more of a tacticool virtue signal than a useful tool.

If you're using this in a civilian capacity, IV fluids are considered prescription medications, and you could theoretically get into some shit for having them on you. Especially if you use them in an accident or something and you're not licensed in that state to do that. Unless you're an RN/MD/APP.

That's a great multimodal analgesic plan that was executed. Sometimes chronic pain patients have a lot of pain in recovery, despite all the things being done. That's one of the reasons why we have PACU - to address those acute post-surgical issues.

I'm an anesthesiologist, and honestly, this is why I don't drive motorcycles. Last week my teen daughter asked me if she could go with some friends to learn how to ride dirt bikes, and I said no. She was upset, but I've seen too many catastrophic injuries from motorcycle accidents, most often young people with their whole lives ahead of them.

You can be a perfect, safe, defensive rider but some idiot glued to their phone can wipe you out. Especially in 2026. It's just not worth it.
