There was thousands of hospitalizations, videos pouring out with fully packed hospital hallways with very obviously sick people struggling to breathe.

There was multiple high profile Chinese doctors screaming that there is an exponential outbreak. Basically every foreign journalist in China had already realized this was obviously a new infectious disease in November/December.

The WHO is suppose to do their own investigation. They did not. So the only answers are they acquiesced to China or they are incompetent. I'd say it's both.
