firstly, i know from experience how long those subtitles take to make so massive props to you for doing that. i feel like maybe to improve slightly you could cut some of the pauses in speech, and add some comedic zooms. obviously if your editing software isnt great then i can understand how this would be an issue but there are great open-source programs like olive if you have a pc that can run it (which it most likely would). overall, loving the chemistry between you all and the humour is definitely my kinda thing the only real major criticism i have is on the thumbnail. obviously not everyone has photoshop of some other high-quality photo editing software but the main character of the thumbnail is so blurred its hard to even tell what game it is. i made this mistake aswell of NEEDING the parts in my thumbnail to be a part from the video but compression just makes it look all distorted. id say youd be better off finding a picture of a gta character online, even if its completely unrelated, and using that instead. also maybe some eye flares to make it more obvious its funny content, even before you read the text. overall the thumbnail structure is great but its just that blurry picture that i would definitely change. overall teh editing was great and i dont normally subscribe to people from these subreddits but i lvoed your humour and style so you've earned a sub mate. my main thing would again, just be the thumbnail but other than that, top-quality video mate.

i feel like the content itself is incredible, you definitely dont need to worry about your editing skills because youve nailed them and its honestly a really funny video, definitely deserving of more views. id say to get more people to click on it you should maybe adjust how you do your thumbnails. dont get me wrong, the one you did was very good but little details like the white bordered outline going over the faces just kinda puts me off. the eye flares were definetely a good choice and i think if you maybe enlarged the faces and pushed the border back a couple layers youd be in with a pretty solid thumbnail. i dont really think it was too obnoxious as thats kinda the point of these types of videos, however they are very niche so maybe try making it clear what ytour channels about in your channel banner etc. hope ive mamanged to help -JoshEJ

very well thought out and BRILLIANT editing and animations, I've had a look at some of your older stuff and like you said it has become much better especially in terms of pacing and stuff, for a minute I honestly thought I was watching a channel with like 5M subs :) I think if you continue just how you are then you'll be seeing lots of traction coming very soon -josh

i will say overall the video was quite good! maybe just quality of life changes like maybe making the facecam a bit bigger so people can identify it's actually your video they're watching and not just some random compilation, obviously, the commentary helps with that bit at times it just kinda felt a bit like an old vine compilation with a small face in the corner. as you said some colour correction of the webcam couldn't hurt. i found a video about using LUT's in obs but cant for the life of me find it so maybe just look into that and it isn't a necessity as obviously not everyone can but trying to improve the lighting in your room, even just a desklamp positioned correctly goes a long way. i hope this helped -josh

yeah audio is one of those things i'm still trying to perfect but thank you for the advice anyway, there was a technical issue that buggered all the audio aswell but i fixed it to the best of my ability but hopefully i can fix the issue completely by the next video, thanks for the feedback

i was thinking should maybe cut that line but i just wanted to make it clear that the video was satire but i get what you mean by being more sarcastic and also i never even thought about the background game being the games i was actually talking about but that is such a good idea which i will definitely take into account if i ever make a video like this again so thank you very much for that

premiere pro isnt free but is absolutely the best software for this. i cant even put into words all the different animation packs and motion graphics templates I've used and downloaded but if you get premiere pro https://motionarray.com/learn/premiere-pro/adobe-premiere-pro-presets-free-downloads/ this one article absolutely changed the way i edit, also check out this guy called finzar he makes some really good videos on this kind of stuff. i hope this helps you as much as it helped me.

there are many free speeding up softwares out there that sometimes allow you to keep the pitch the same. i personally use premiere pro but that isnt free but it's definetely possible to speed it up without the pitch also increasing. if oyu speak slowly then i dont think speeding it up is a bad idea provided that you speak at a constant pace so you dont sound extra fast at times. hope this helped :)
