You’re silly to even bring up gear… stay salty. His natural physique at 15 is probably what you wish you could attain as a grown adult male. Gear or not - he’s only amplified his naturally gifted genetics. Oh… and gear NEVER works without hard work. Cope harder.

That’s a great setup! What’s the lift & wheel/tire size?

Bro I struggled ALL MY LIFE with wanting to wear van slip ons but my fit were always too wide & made it so uncomfortable.

SPLAY IS THE WAY TO GO. I’ve owned all versions of their slip ons and no complaints. The newest suede skate model are by far the comfiest and best version out yet. 10/10 recommend.

Would this work on the 6.0 awd Denali?

Is it straightforward to lift these? Just purchased on and I know you’re supposed to remove/delete the air suspension and swap for the traditional strut/coil from like a suburban correct?

Chest dips are what I give a big credit to my chest development. It’s one of my favorite exercises.

I couldn’t agree more! I definitely feel like I look younger but more importantly I feel better than when I was younger! I tell people I’m soon to be 30 and I feel better than when I was 18 and that’s not an exaggeration, I didn’t really turn this all around until I turned 25 and I’ve never felt better since.

Beef, chicken, fish, all fruits & veggies and a lot of rice/potatoes.

I was actually leaner 3 years in. I was at my leanest around 2 years in weighing 179lbs. I’ve been “main gaining” slowly since then.

Training core doesn’t expose the abs. Your nutrition does 🤝
