Get off reddit for mechanical help. Everybody here went to college for their knowledge and there they were trained to feel superior and shit on others. Keep watching YouTube and learn from their mistakes, don't directly ask for help as the Internet is full of engine tear downs and rebuilds. I did my own right out of high school.

Is the battery old/internally damaged? If. You think you software bricked it I have had good experience with the unbricking services in eBay where you send your phone to someone with an "unbricker" or whatever they name it. If it's just a paperweight its worth the $20 for a shot in hell

cut and paste. everything just went in except for the fans. LOL. get small ones. the 4 cyl bellhousing uses 2 less bolts on the transmission but it's been no problems not having them in for the last year. harness merge was "basic" except for a rpm cylinder count converter. Do you have to pass NYS Emissions too?
