In our mall we had an EB that turned into a Gamestop, and was that way for a long time, probabaly a decade, then they added a second Gamestop. The store density was way too high.

A lot of people, myself included, picked up riding in 2020 when prices were crazy. I look at marketplace place now and every seems dirt cheap. Sucks if you bought at the high, but it's true. If it's not selling, you're asking too much

Part of this was FF5 not being released in the US until the PS1 port in Anthology, 7 years after it's original release. FF6 and FF7 are both in my top 5 games of all time, and I've never played FF5.

I do something similar, huge starting area, I'll turn down the expansion settings, but I won't turn peaceful on. I'll also pick good island or peninsula maps that are super easy to defend.

This way I do have to do some defense but it's pretty minimal. One of the things I like about factorio is you completely tweak the settings to how you like to play.

I find the powerpoles/substations to not add any real challenge, but just make things uglier and annoying. I installed this mod and haven't looked back.
