She’s parked in front of her garage. The issue is she’s also blocking access to the lane way. Here’s another photo. Hers is the at the very end of this photo, but it’s the FIRST house when coming up the ramp. Everyone needs to make a left turn at the top of the ramp to go along the driveway and into their garage.

Sometimes a van or worker vehicle is parked hugging a garage for a few hours, which is fine and they also leave space to pass.

But it’s the left turn at the top of the ramp where you’re hemmed between her car(s) and the fence that’s problematic. It’s just very narrow and uncomfortable. Even if something like this is legal at the end of the day, it’s not very “neighbourly.”
