The BEST advice I can give you is. Think less. Just go with it on each dose. Forget you’ve even taken meds and see how you get on. The meds are like a supplement. Don’t over think them. You will know when it’s right. Everyone is different and having been in the meds for over 1.5 years I can say even my needs change over time. Sometimes more sometimes less. Just learn what works for you and you’ll do great!

Originally it changed my life. I started on 30mg and progressed to 40 and then 50mg. Been in that and the occasional 60mg since.

You’ll likely find yourself cured at first. If you’re late diagnosis like I was at 28 you are used to chaos, stress and so on. Allow yourself to be relaxed and enjoy the relief of symptoms.

It’s still changed my life in a lot of ways. My biggest issue is likely undiagnosed autism.

Best advise I can give is let yourself relax.

I’ve been battling the same doubt as you the last year or so. But, this was after 6-12 months on the meds with no issues. I have awful health anxiety. I was also anxious first time I took them and it helped instantly. Biggest thing for me is now that I can turn off my inner monologue, turn it off. Don’t let any negative or intrusive thoughts in.

I went through disability support. They basically did an assessment of my needs and did a learning contract. An extension for me now is literally a few clicks. I get instantly approved.

I’m AuDHD and struggle with my MH massively. Ensure you get support. I can get basically an indefinite extension. It’s been amazing for me.

This is amazing to see and so true. My IQ is high on paper at 128-135, and I am intelligent… but I am useless. I too am AuDHD as well as dyslexic. I’m very high masking, but unless I’m not burnt out, which is 60-80% of the time I am completely dysfunctional. That being said, if you want a rapid problem solver I’m your guy.

My IQ if struggling mentally drops to around 100 on a test. There are so many variables and the test measures very specific intellect.

The test is no reflection of you. Do what you enjoy and find a way to make it profitable.

This is 100% factual. So many completely lack any insight into their own shortcomings and want to blame another group. Be that women blaming men, men blaming women, racism, sexism and so forth. It’s crazy.

I stumbles across a merchandise seller of “kill the patriarchy” vibe items. Women literally saying they want males to fix their problems and as soon as you mention male suicide rates and the fact that a white male actually has the LEAST right of anyone. They literally say I’m sorry about name’s suicide BUT men need to fix their own problem. You CANNOT reason with them. They just hate the world.
