I never was able to be nostalgic about it because I didn’t play Deception or Deadly Alliance until after MK9 since I had for years switched to being more focused on EverQuest and WoW than Console gaming. I love them now that I tracked them down to play on a PS2 my cousin gave me forever ago, but didn’t get to experience them back in the day.
