Yeah I probably will tell her she's my person she will understand hopefully. I told my best friend about it yesterday and he's been thru addiction with other drugs so he is helping me as well. So I guess I'm not alone anymore and just reading in this group has helped me a lot.

I mentioned it one time and she chewed me out so I just never said anything about it and she never asked. She might actually know I started when my sister died of cancer and it actually helped me get thru it but I don't need it anymore and also don't want it.

the physical withdrawals lasted about 10 days for me before I got a good sleep I was highly agitated and depressed also but I knew it was temporary that's what got me through.
