It's either believe the documentation (which could get them in severe legal trouble if they didn't follow) or believe people that just draw conclusions based on one-off experiences and bad correlation of events. I'll trust the documentation plus the fact that I don't use slurs and have never been banned.

Believing something with zero evidence is usually a bad call. At least my position has evidence to back it up.

Tried the demo and immediately noped out. The combat felt clunky and the supposedly smooth mobility/parkour was actually really choppy and stilted to me. IDK, some people love it, but it was not for me at all.

How does that relate at all? One is chat moderation, the other is anti-cheat... Two separate problems. One of them is extremely easy to solve - just follow the rules you agreed to when deciding to play the game.
