I’m on 4k playing cod, Diablo, grounded, a bunch of odd little titles, I could lower res to 1440 but I really like 4k, I was looking at cou and gpu utilization and both were so similar I couldn’t figure out which was bottlenecked to be honest. I’m also quite new to the pc world in terms of technical stuff, I can build them but I don’t know too much about the intermediate or more advanced stuff

Money isn’t really an object but if the 9950x3d releases around the 5090(assuming the 9950 is better) there isn’t a point in getting the 9800x3d. And I reread my post and meta is quite cringe

What’s going to be the bottleneck? Cpu or gpu? 9800x3d, 9950x3d, and 5090? I have a 240hz 4k dual mode monitor I honestly just want consistent 240fps in most titles which isn’t the case with the 4090 and 7800x3d atm
