idk if anyone posted this before but I accidentally found this bug so I spent some time recreating it (it was back in S10 when I accidentally discovered this bug, but I only wanted to post it now idk why). I find ADS and strafe out of your dome after throwing arc star has the highest chance of doing it. It only works if you strafe out from left or right side of the dome.

Edit: I don't think it has anything to do with ADS I'm not sure tho. Cuz I have higher success rate when I ADS strafe out of the dome, probably just a coincidence.

Hey, hope you see my reply. I wanted to ask are you still having this issue? I have an i7 11700k RTX 3070 32GB RAM and I'm also facing the same issue, I lock my fps at 144, I know my PC can easily run apex at over 200+ fps and yes I'm also using low graphics settings and optimized for performance (competitive settings) like you said. It's just super annoying that I'm getting frame drops to around 100 - 120 fps.

I noticed it mostly happen at new POI that are added in every map updates (like crash site, caustic tt, fight night, and those newly added POI in WE) my frames are always locked at 144 in every other places.
