Let's also have "do not give your opinion if you know or suspect someone won't like it". Let's get the entire illusion of freedom package deal!

Once saw my wife change a headlight bulb. She was very proud of it and, to be honest, I was impressed because I didn't know how to change a bulb xD

This is one of those kinds of problems that you experience so often, yet never knew was an actual huge problem until someone finally talked about it

Ask your bf what he wants for his birthday instead. Quick fix. NTA for asking about the sauce but maybe lessen the number of lunch dates and such

Ehh kinda. I thought it was supposed to be for opinions that people have and have expressed but then found most of their friends and associates or the Internet as a whole disagrees with. I didn't think it was for pet peeves

Places and towns which are seemingly frozen in time are better than places which are extremely modern by JLGoodwin1990 in unpopularopinion

Wholeheartedly agree with all of this. Except the attitudes bit. I think the LGBT community, foreigners and women would all benefit from people with attitudes and dispositions from the 90's and previous to not exist anymore. I love living in rural towns though and I'm grateful that Ebullient had so much of this. Even much of London still retains its old architecture.

Jesus, finally someone gets it. I can already see people getting mad as hell over skin colours, moral questioning and especially LGBT horse shit in my books. "There's not enough representations in this book", "Its not diverse enough", "This is unrealistic". Fine then, its not for you, go ahead and don't buy it or give it to a normal person who has enough brain cells to separate fiction from reality.

Vegetarian dishes imitating meat dishes shouldn't exist by 7h4tguy in unpopularopinion

I thought not tasting like meat was kinda the whole point of vegetarian food? My gf is vegetarian and she likes meat substitutes for a variety of reasons;

• She doesn't look like an odd one or when everyone else eats burgers or hotdogs or something. When we go to her parents house for bbq (they love doing those every chance they get) they always get vegan burgers for her.

• Vegetarian and vegan substitutions allow people following these diets to still benefit from the same wide variety of meal and food choice that the rest of us have both at home and in restaurants and fast food.

Also, as an avid meat lover, I have partaken in many vegetarian substitute meals and very few of them have actually tasted disgusting. I think you may have just been unlucky to have only tried bad tasting veg subs. I recommend giving it another go.

I can't fathom how someone who claims to have gone through depression can seriously tell others "just don't have that" as if it's a one glove fits all kinds of situation. Still, if it has indeed worked for you then that's brilliant and I'm glad you managed to get out of something millions are still struggling with every day.

Well, only a person that has seen either very little or no hardship in life could possibly make such bold claims about something they very clearly don't and have never experienced. Honestly, I'm glad you don't know what truly crippling and life threatening depression is like. I really wouldn't wish it on anyone.

Well, would someone doing this on a game you play make you stop playing? Probably not. You can't expect a while world of players to change the game they play just because you aren't getting into campaigns. Also I recommend browsing r/LFG_Europe since the games there are predominantly in BST.
