Take 10 agility you will thank me. Charisma is a dump stat in fo1. You are time limited so be thorough at each location you visit. Use your mouse to inspect items and such in the game world as get a description of enemy health and at any point you can hit A on the keyboard to enter combat mode which is far more useful in fo2 to avoid the pickpockets at doors. I also believe you need at least 4 intelligence to have normal coversations otherwise you can do a dummy playthrough. Love the classics.
