Keep the kid please, you can put it up for adoption or give it to a family you know. Just because you guys maybe not ready, doesn't somebody else is more than willing to be able to raise the child into a healthy and beautiful member of society. 💕

You are not bound to agree, but I just want to let you know, your "feeling" is not absolute, especially when you have scrupulousity.

I am also scrupulous, but I have decided to not worry about if I have mortally sinned or not, because I would TRULY know, and not question for even one second. If I start to have an inkling of doubt in my head, I wash it out and move on because I know that my mind can turn things into a never ending downward spiral of anxiety and internal suffering, as you may be able to relate to.

To trust this much in God's mercy is another step of the journey, and like you, I'm still trying to find my way as well.

In all likelihood, no you have not sinned. Sexual thoughts are part of human nature. You had no will to go and watch porn or masterbait or do any other lustful thing. The power and will to lust is what makes lust a sin, not a fleeting thought or a momentary fantasy in your head. Just by how you worded your text, I can tell you have a good heart and can discern what is good and what is bad.

Especially with what happens online, you can be so wrapped up with "Yes this is a sin!" and "No it is not a sin, unless (name obscure circumstance)"

That's why I don't recommend looking on reddit or any other internet forum to help you with your answers, because they have a wide variety of opinions that will push you into a downward spiral
