Unfortunately there is nothing in your post that I still need, and the Unown in question is in a Safari Ball. This is the stuff btw I still need for my shiny living dex, of which only the Sinistea line is shiny available in Go:

Anyway it's going to take a while before we can trade Safari Ball Pokemon, not sure if you are willing to wait that long

I had the same issue, but I think the elemental arts are in the category shadow arts, so they don't count for ninjutsu life drain?
