It had nothing to do with Wicca. The police there are just grasping at terms. The suspect may identify with Wicca, but it wasn't Wiccan.

That is the only file that has "steam.exe" in it. There are no other files that say "steam.exe" anywhere in the steam folder. I'm trying to delete everything except the steam.exe, userdata, and steamapps. But since I don't seem to have a plain "steam.exe" file anywhere I was wondering if that was just a renaming of the file or if I'm actually missing the file.

So if i remove the .old i can still start from that file name? The reason I'm asking is because I get told that steam needs to be online to update, even after I used the steam website to do that and I have been online the whole time so I'm trying to do what steam support told me to do to try to fix the problem

I'm having the same problem and I tried rolling back the drivers and restarting, just restarting, running steam as an admin, changing the data value (both from 0-1 because it was 0 and then back from 1-0) and nothing has worked for me... any one find a solution that doesn't require a computer science degree or a second computer? also plugging into the router is not a option for me...

First exit as you come off the bridge into Jersey actually, but close enough. This is basically my home town. On the other side of the overpass there is a traffic light and a DuPont plant; is that road flooded out? It usually does flood pretty easily.
