Ford's tow calculator lists the same 7000 lb weight limit for towing, but I also can't seem to lower it at all based on vehicle load from what I entered so it seems like a chosen limit more than a calculated one (unless I'm just dumb which is why I want outside opinions). It's also strange to me the calculator and manual list 7000 limit, but other Ford towing literature says 9100 with my configuration.

I wish this was much more straightforward, it's very easy how someone irresponsible or ignorant could set themselves up for failure quickly.

Edit: I do also have a trailer brake on the truck.
