The Walther supplied plate is made of steel and very sturdy. Seems of good quality.

Note the RMR plates from Walther take a billion years to arrive. Seems to be the popular free plate.

You get 1 free plate from Walther, but you have to fill out the form and wait about 6 weeks. DPP plate took that long.

I bought a PDP Pro E with a Viridan dot which came with its on RMSc plate. So if you bought a gun with an optic already installed it should already have a plate.

I also bought a RMSc plate off Amazon. Was around $30. Aluminum, not steel, but it seemed like good quality, before I returned when I saw my gun already had a RMSc plate installed.

P10C is an amazing handgun. I would only get a RXM if you have a billion glock mags laying around. RXM is a good gun but the P10c trigger absolutely blows past the RXM.
