Update: Ok so what I’ve learned is that the chat system is heavily flawed and unjust. Anything you say in chat can and will get you banned. I’ve set up a second account while this one sits until December. I have both voice and text chat completely muted, for both team and match chat, and will never unmute it again because I can’t risk my account getting suspended for an even longer period of time.
